REPORTING STUDENT ABSENCES
 
Please call the school and leave your child's name, teacher, and reason for absence.  Please be as specific as possible.  If you call the school to report an absence, you will still receive a robocall.  It is not necessary to call the school a second time.
 
EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION
 
It is very important that your child's emergency contact information submitted on the green card is current.  Please notify the nurse or main office of any changes.  
 
HEALTH INFORMATION
 
Alert the school nurse regarding any new or changed medical information for your child/children.  Information is confidential and will be shared as needed and at your request.
