Mrs. Steinard's Third Grade Class

Welcome to the our third grade class page!
I am so excited to be starting a new year in third grade.  This year will be an adventure for parents, students, and teachers.  By working together we can help each other have the best school year ever!

Here is a letter that was sent to parent emails with information about the beginning of the year.  If you did not receive this via parent email, please let me know.

Dear Parents,

Our third grade team would like to welcome all of your children into our classrooms, virtually and in person. We have a few reminders and some important information we would like to share with you. Getting Started with Zoom

Please remember to charge your child’s laptop daily. Please put the charger and laptop back in their backpack, as they need them throughout the school day. They also will need to have earbuds at home and in school.  They can travel back and forth if you do not have an extra pair.  It is important to shut down the laptop each night and restart in the morning.

Each student will have their own desk in the classroom.  Desks will be cleaned daily.  Student supplies should be in a pencil case that can go back and forth daily so that students have the supplies they need at school and at home.

We will be going outside when the weather cooperates. We will not be allowed on the equipment, so please have your child pack a small towel everyday and keep it in their backpack.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Hoeler, Mrs. Tirone, Mrs. Khouzam, Mrs. Steinard and Mrs. Carroll
